Many people working in the field of logistics may know the property under the former name "Strasser-Gelände" (Strasser Yard). The company Strasser operated their business from here for many years, before selling it to the logistics company Menke and moving into the harbour area of Neuss.

Euro Auctions Immobilien purchased one part of the site in 2006. In order to extend its businesses further, another part of the site was purchased in 2009.
